By purchasing, downloading, or using DeepCleanMac ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one (1) Mac computer, subject to the following:

• 1-Year License: Grants access to the Software and all updates for one year from the date of purchase. The license renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Lifetime License: Grants perpetual access to the Software and all future updates for one Mac.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the Software.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Polar. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@deepcleanmac.com and we will issue a full refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we take every precaution to ensure the Software operates safely, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the Software at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepCleanMac and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss or system damage.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
